Small bump near my eye?

I have a small bump under my skin, just under my eyebrow. I'd say it's the size of a split pea.





I've had it for years and it doesn't seem to be growing, but it bugs me anyway. It doesn't itch or hurt and it is not red.





Any ideas what it could be? It doesn't move around under the skin - it stays put.

it could just be a benign cyst


but don;t tale chances in case it could be malignant
