Worried about my breast...?

I'm 20 years old and my breasts are not big..they're actually a little small. But for over a year now I can feel this...it's like a little "ball" under the skin on the top of my right breast. And it can hurt with a little pressure to it as well. It's not there with my left breast though. I'm sure this isn't how an actual "bump" feels, since it only feels like a little ball under the skin. I'm a little worried about it but don't want to go to a doctor. Any ideas about this?

And you have never considered seeing a doctor about this? I know what I thought when I first read what you said but i don't want to be melodramatic. I'll just leave it to everyone else.

Go to the MD... I know you don't want to, but you have to. Better to catch something like breast cancer (if it is that) at a young age. You might just find out its a cyst or flat out a calcium build up (just a lump).
