My cat have thick hairl balls stock on his nick area under his armpit..?

Im soo scared cause my cat have hairballs growing on his skin is like soo much hair gathertogether..I was gonna kut it but the i was like no what if i cut the skin off..But b4 u take him 2 the vet..I want some help full in4mation..so please help!..thanks 4 the time reading this...

If he is gentle and trusts you, cut the hair balls off yourself. If he is scitish do not attempt, he will have to be put under anethesia to have this done. If you can not afford a vet and your cat does not fight being bathed then try that and add a conditioner then try gently to untangle the balls. CAUTION, if these balls are tight to the sking the bath will not work and your only option it to cut, so if the cat won't let you, you must take to vet. When you have a long hair cat you must brush them daily, if you can't or won't, find it another home.
