You say that you've seen the doctor about this? How come they weren't able to diagnose? It sounds like a boil to me and any competent dermatologist will be able to diagnose that in a second. You also said that it appears under your breast and in your panty line area and although I do not know your body size, these are areas wherein the bigger bodied people sweat so it's most likely a boil. Go back and see a dermatologist when you have one again. Boils can also be a sign of diabetes so it's better to have it diagnosed asap so the doc can prescribe antibiotics for you.

Moistureize and try getting a laser treatment.
Reply:Well first of all, bathing twice a day is probably drying out your skin, so try to limit it to one shower a day or take lukewarm showers. As for the rash underneath your breasts, make sure you dry under there after your shower and moisturize. The infection may also be caused my sweat, so make sure that you are keeping yourself dry under there throughout the day. Since this has been going on for so long, I would also suggest asking your doctor what to do.
Reply:You need to let it air dry after bathing and don't rub or dry it with towles... it will get irritated... NO perfumed products...you might try anti fungal powder if you haven't already.. If you have I would say try going to the Tanning salons and drying it out in the heat.....That has worked on people before......Just a few min. a day for a few weeks .....Should help.......
Reply:Try putting powder on the areas that are affected. Also, dry yourself off completely after bath or shower.

If nothing else, see a dermatologist. He will offer more help than your regular dr.
Reply:Maybe an allergic reaction?Because of underwires in your bras or the soaps/lotions you are using...you might try using "Dreft" laundry detergent (it's intended for people with very sensitive skin, etc.--it's expensive, but worth it if it solves your problem.) Follow suit with all other soaps, etc. There is a soap called "Purpose," it's very gentle and helped my brother's bad acne. Good luck!
