If you want something that works, go to the words of Jesus, seriously. If you want actual integrity:


cut off your eye- stop feeding your brain any sexual images. Yes you respond when you see the girl, but thats a primed pump. Try not watching tv for a week, you will notice a decrease in the battle - try not watching it for a month, the battle will become one tenth as tough.


cut off your hand - its likely that you .. ahem.. auto-stimulate. If thats the case, its much much harder to not turn women into gloves... to exercise rape. Simply do not act. No matter how much you desire.. you are always in control of your body, your hands.





Auto-stimulation is the practice of rape. The girls have no self, no personhood. In your mind they exist only to serve your pleasure, and arent people. All they are is gloves with which you do what you want. In real love and real relationship you have to value the other person at least as much as you value yourself.
