It is extreamly itchy, it starts as little itchy bumps, than when i scratch them, they ooze a clear fluid. The skin than seems to dry out and the itch re-occurs a short distance away. The rash is solely limited to my hands. The doctor gave me a cortizone cream but it only seems to work temporarily. We have also ruled out any sort of parasitic presence. It's not an allergy and doesn't seem to be brought on by any particular substance. Any thoughts?
