How would you reduce the skin and fat? And I dont want any info on diet pills please! xx
How to reduce the fat just in your neck and under your jaw!?
You can't pick and choose what areas of your body you can lose weight from. When you lose weight, it will naturally fall off wherever it feels like it.





Most often, it falls from the face first though, so if you cut down what you are eating, and exercise a bit more, you should notice a difference in your face first, before anywhere else. The most stubborn areas where it tends to take longer to get rid of are around the hips/ bums/ tums and thigh regions.

As I'm sure you've heard before you can not spot reduce fat. Getting rid of skin would involve surgery. You can stretch your skin out, but I don't believe you can stretch it back together.
Reply:run alot and pushups and sit-ups will get that weight off naturally.lifting is also a good direction
Reply:Just exercise and diet. You will lose fat wherever your body has it, in whatever order your body wants too. You can't work out any muscles in your neck and under jaw really. The good news is that you typically lose weight in your face and neck before anywhere else. For me, i lost weight head down.
Reply:I ask the same question and someone said chew gum more. I have been chewing gum 24/7... haven't noticed a difference.
Reply:If it is only in these areas, it sounds like genes are to blame. Liposuction is the best way to deal with it as no amount of exercise or fancy creams will break it down and firm the skin.

The best thing you can do is drink lots of water and do at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week.





Add some swimming and sunshine in to tone and tighten the skin...just be careful with sunburns...
Reply:I once had 6 chins due to being overwieght,the answer is diet and plenty of exercise.
