Pimple help!!!?

I think I might have a cystic pimple...its under my skin and it hurts when I touch it





And all my pimples are sort of under my skin so HOW DO I GET THESE UGLY THINGS OUT OF MY SKIN?

Glad you asked because I once had the same problem. You need to go to the doctors first of, if you let them stay under there too long things can get nasty for ya. Your doctors should recommend some face products for you. when you start using them the problem will go away.
