A bump thingy?

I just realized a bump under my skin inbetween my leg and m y genital, just like around my bikini area. I can feel the bump under the skin and then I was able to scrape at it a little bit and puss came out, then it went down, but I can still feel a bump under the skin. My bf and I are sexually active, but this is the first time I've had this. It's not an open sore, just pusses some and has gone done. Anyone have any opinions? I am not under insurance right now. I just thought I'd get some opinions. Thanks!

it sounds like a boil. usually in areas that holds moisture. wear clothes that can "breathe" and if it starts to get painful try ibuprofen. it usually will decrease in size wants it comes to head but if it seems worse then you might have to go to the doctor to get it lanced. there is a product over the counter called boil ease, a thick ointment that will help the process. good luck.

if say u have seen pus, then their is infection, so the ifection could have get deeper and made a fistula, and a collection of pus inside, it could require surgery, better to refer to ur doctor
