I have a bump right behind my ear, please help me!?

It's only on my right ear, right below it and a little under the flap (that place where most people get pierced on), and i can feel that its not just on the skin, its under the skin since when i move the skin the bump dosent move, it has been there for about 3 weeks and it got a bit larger since the past week, now its about this big " ---- " and it is a bit red, and i have nothing else under my left ear.

I cant go to the doctor either since i just moved here an ddont have one yet, what can i do about it?

And could it be cancer? Or just a lymph node that dosent have to be cancer?

I dont seem to have any other cancer symptoms by the way.

It could be anything really, maybe even a syst.

However, it may very well be cancer, so the longer you leave it, the bigger the chance it could be fatal.

Even if you can't go to the doctor, I'd recommend going anywhere, to anyone with medical expertise that can examine it for you. Even if it means turning up at the emergency department of your local hospital.

Better to be safe than sorry!

Good Luck!!!!!!!!

I Recomend You get this checked by a hospital skin doctor ASAP
Reply:its nothing i wouldnt worry
Reply:Actually, it sounds like a cyst. I have one behind my left ear it feels almost like a bone. My step dad has one too behind his right ear. They don't hurt and if they become bothersome the doctor can drain them.

If it is a lymph node it can be an indication of a tooth infection that maybe you don't know you have. I had a lymph gland swell and harden on the left side of my neck and I have two that are palpable on the left side. I had the one that hardened biopsied and it was not cancerous.

Being human and having access to the internet causes us great anxiety when we look things up and possible diagnosis's for them, but take a deep breath and make an appointment because every lump that we have should be examined by a doctor. You don't have any other symptoms and that is a good sign. As well, it is that time of year... infections that will cause glands to swell if a cold or sore throat is coming on.

Time to get a PCP or go to your local health department and ask which clinic will charge a sliding scale if insurance is a problem.

Best Wishes!
Reply:I think you have a lymph gland that is inflamed. You may need an antibiotic to fight the infection you are carrying, swollen lymph glands are the body's way of saying, "hey, we got something going on in here". It likely is a mild virus, nothing to worry excessively over.
Reply:That's so weird I have that too. I think? Mine is not directly under my ear, and not in my throat. Kinda in that little hole there.. I touch it and it just feels as if it triggers nerves in different spots in my body. Strange I know. It doesn't sound as bad. You may not want to touch it for a while. It could be irritating it.. Still as they always say you should most definately check with a doctor. My advice if your really worried check with more than one.. It seems that these things can be a concern to some, and other doctors are to interested in getting their lunch break to take the time...
